You may request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receipt. The following conditions must be observed: The product must be returned in its original packaging; The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, i.e., in the condition it was received; The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) affixed, manuals, and all accompanying accessories. We do not exchange products with an inadequate size for the customer: We provide product measurements in centimeters to avoid errors in size selection.
